Over-the-counter

Over-the-counter (OTC) trading, also known as off-exchange trading or pink sheet trading, occurs between two parties without the supervision of an exchange.

Penny stocks are frequently traded on OTC markets, which are not subject to the same strict reporting requirements as larger, more well-known stock exchanges such as the NYSE.

Operating Cash Flow Ratio
